Candidate privacy information

We process your name, provided email address, contact details, work preferences, language skills and uploaded documents to handle your request for recruitment support and take steps towards an agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Optional candidate-pool storage is based on separate consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Providing relevant information is necessary to assess your application; optional pool consent is not required.

Storage is limited to 90 days for the requested support, or at most four weeks after closure if earlier. Separate pool consent allows storage for up to 180 days from submission. We agree any introduction to a specific employer with you first. Authorised staff and hosting providers may access data as needed. Hosting and storage may involve processing outside the EEA with applicable transfer safeguards.

For access, correction, export, withdrawal or deletion email kandidaten@kernvanto.nl from the address you provided; we verify your request before disclosing any data. For correction, restriction, objection or other privacy rights, contact kandidaten@kernvanto.nl with your file reference. We normally respond within one month. You may withdraw pool consent at any time and complain to the competent supervisory authority, including LfD Niedersachsen. There are no solely automated selection decisions. Local downloads and provider recovery backups have a separate deletion lifecycle. A confirmation appears on screen; no automatic email is sent.
