Scope and responsibilities

Kernvanto searches for and introduces candidates for the agreed role and client. The client makes the selection, checks necessary qualifications and enters into the employment agreement. The specific search, region and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Fee agreed for your vacancy

The fee is agreed in writing for your specific vacancy before work starts. The proposal sets out the approach, work, search period, salary base where applicable, payment triggers and any replacement search.

Salary base and payment

The salary base follows actual contracted hours and includes fixed holiday allowance and guaranteed fixed annual payments. Variable bonuses, commission and expense reimbursements are excluded. The placement fee becomes due when the introduction leads to an employment agreement; if there is a condition precedent, only once that condition is fulfilled. Payment is within 14 calendar days of the invoice. If there is no placement, agreed and performed search work is settled against the starting payment as set out beforehand in the assignment confirmation.

Previous applications and later hires

Tell us about a demonstrably ongoing application with an introduced candidate within five working days so that we can establish its source together. An agreed fee applies to a hire within twelve months where the hire results from the introduction, for the client and only affiliated organisations named in the assignment.

One replacement search with Partner Search

If employment ends within 90 days of starting, Partner Search includes one replacement search for the same role and conditions, lasting no more than six weeks. The fee must be paid; termination must be reported within ten working days; role, pay and location must remain unchanged. Reorganisation, a vacancy freeze or failure to meet employer obligations are excluded. A replacement search does not guarantee a placement or repayment of an earned placement fee. Statutory rights remain applicable.

Agencies and fixed services

An agency partner fee or fee split is agreed separately, including who invoices, when payment is due, duplicate introductions and replacement terms. Fixed packages and training follow the specific written scope and ordering terms. Vacancy presentations follow the agreed package; existing Crossborder Talents credits keep their agreed terms. Additional services require a separate agreement.

Candidate information

Use candidate information only for the agreed selection. Sharing with other clients or organisations requires a suitable legal basis and prior coordination. Introductions are discussed with the candidate.
